We understand the pain that toothache can cause. Wherever possible, please contact us about your dental emergency during our practice hours. If you need to be seen on the same day, please get in touch as early in the day as you can. You can also call NHS direct on 111 available 24 hours a day. Feedback and Complaints
We aim to make your treatment as pleasant as possible every time you visit us. However, if you feel you have not been treated as you would have liked, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our practice, we want to know. It is only through hearing from you that we can help and improve our service.
Please mention your concerns in the first instance to your dentist. We operate an in-house complaints procedure that adheres to nationally agreed criteria. We aim to respond to verbal and written complaints within two working days. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation.
